• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of purchases.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Identify and mitigate any supply chain risks.
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for procurement processes.
• Develop team skills through training and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• An understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financials.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese language skills.
