A globally recognized biotech company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its Japan HR operations. As a key strategic partner to the business, you will drive people strategy, shape organizational culture, and oversee talent management initiatives. This is a high-impact role suited for HR leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building high-performing teams in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale the HR team to support business growth and cultural alignment
Design and execute strategies for talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning
Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, values-driven culture
Manage complex employee relations issues while ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence
Align local HR initiatives with global and regional strategies through cross-functional collaboration
Oversee performance management cycles and coach managers on driving team performance
