Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of coil winding machinery and a provider of factory automation solutions. They have expanded globally, with a presence in Southeast Asia, China, India, the US, and Europe. Their products are utilized across various industries. They are now seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for local and overseas sales.
Job Responsibilities
Manage local and regional sales
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
Build relationships with existing clients and establish new ones
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
Develop sales forecasts and strategies with top management
Prepare and monitor sales budgets
Communicate client needs to the engineering/design team
Attend client acceptance tests at the factory and client sites
Report to the Singapore head office
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or engineering
- Excellent sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Possess a driving license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
