Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of coil winding machinery and a provider of factory automation solutions. They have expanded globally, with a presence in Southeast Asia, China, India, the US, and Europe. Their products are utilized across various industries. They are now seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for local and overseas sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage local and regional sales

• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders

• Build relationships with existing clients and establish new ones

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services

• Develop sales forecasts and strategies with top management

• Prepare and monitor sales budgets

• Communicate client needs to the engineering/design team

• Attend client acceptance tests at the factory and client sites

• Report to the Singapore head office

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or engineering
• Excellent sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
• Possess a driving license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
