JOB DESCRIPTION/仕事内容
部署の目的は、主要なステークホルダーの要求事項を確実に満たし、基準を年々向上させることにあります。管理対象の物件、温泉施設、共用エリアは、ゲストの満足度を確保し、物件が常にゲスト受け入れ可能な状態に保たれるよう、積極的な保守管理が求められます。この予防的なアプローチは、稼働率の最大化を図り、地域および国の健康・安全基準の遵守にも寄与します。プロパティマネジメントマネージャーの主な焦点は、各「チームリード」と連携しながら、部門内の各「チーム」を統括・管理することにあります。業務プロセス、およびツールを活用して、各チームリードを支援し、育成すること。チーム全体が保守作業やプロジェクトのリードタイム、品質基準、ならびにステークホルダーへの情報提供の透明性を向上させるため、共同責任を持つ体制を確立することです。このようにして、部署全体が効率的かつ高品質な運営を維持し、主要なステークホルダーの要求に応えながら、継続的な基準の向上を目指します。
The Department objective is to ensure key stakeholder requirements are met and standards improved year on year. Managed properties, onsen facilities, and common areas must be maintained proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and keep the property guest-ready. This preventative approach helps maximise occupancy and ensures we comply with local and national health and safety standards.
The Property Management Manager's primary focus will be to oversee and collectively manage the 'teams' within the Property Management department with each 'Team Lead'. The Manager will need to ensure a working environment that supports, develops and nurtures the respective Team Leads through leadership, work processes/tools and collective accountability to improve maintenance/project lead-time, quality standards and transparency of information to our stakeholders.
