主な業務内容

• 事業部門のサポート（新規事業開発のコンプライアンスに関する助言など）
• コンプライアンス・プログラムの策定・運用（割賦販売法等の関連規制対応含む）
• 決済業界の法規制の動きの把握、会社への影響の分析
• 定期監査・アセスメントの実施（社内ポリシーおよび規制要件の遵守状況の確認）
• 決済業界におけるコンプライアンスリスクの特定・軽減策の立案

An exciting opportunity to join a leading foreign payment company as the Head of Compliance. In this strategic role, you will lead compliance initiatives, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk management within Japan's fast-growing payments sector. You will drive the development of compliance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and support business expansion while maintaining industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support business units in developing regulatory-compliant initiatives.
• Develop and enforce compliance programs to meet legal and industry standards, including the Installment Sales Act.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes in the payments industry and assess their impact.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks in the payments sector through strategic planning.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• ペイメント、キャッシュレス決済など関連業界におけるコンプライアンス業務経験5年以上
• ペイメント・決済業界やビジネスに関する知識
• 業界の法規制の枠組みに関する専門知識

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢（読み書き・会話）
• 英語：流暢（読み書き・会話）

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within the payments industry or a related financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the payments industry.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
