My client's team is responsible for providing observability (especially metrics and alerts + AIOps) solutions to all engineers, and mission is to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) to minimize business impact from system incidents.

Description

- Requirements analysis (who will use what and how)
- Feature/Service design (how it works with platform/infrastructure)
- Design review (as a reviewer and a reviewee)
- Implementation and test
- Release (including release judgement process)
- Operation (production operation)
- User support (if any inquiries about services/features)

- Strong sense of responsibility to release features/services by deadline
- 1 years experience of designing and developing features/services (Go/Python)
- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP.
- Basic knowledge of distributed system and HA structure.

Below is also nice to have:

(1) Strong AI technology knowledge (Statistic/Machine Learning)
(2) Basic infrastructure knowledge (Kubernetes/Container/Linux)
(3) Software/System design/implementation/test experience (Golang/Python)
(4) Logical thinking (any skills to visualize an issue and make it structured)
