仕事内容

- Support sales, marketing and product marketing team to achieve sales target.
　與業務,行銷,産品行銷團隊合作,共同達成業績目標
　販売目標を達成するために、営業、マーケティング、製品マーケティングチームをサポート

- Proactively support pre-sales activities, training and solution proposal.
　主動支援售前活動,産品訓練與解決方案提案
　プリセールス活動、トレーニング、ソリューション提案を積極的にサポート。

- Reply Helpdesk tickets and answer product questions.
　透過客服系統回覆客戸産品問題與故障排除售後服務
　ヘルプデスクのチケットの返信や製品に関する質問への回答。

- Report and feedback product issues to PM for future enhancement.
　收集反饋客戸問題
　製品の問題点をPMに報告、フィードバックし、今後の改善の実施。

- Generate Japanese technical FAQ.
　協助製作日文常用問題集
　日本語の技術的なFAQの作成。

Requirements:

- Competence(專業能力):

• Skills(技能):
   ✔ Issue isolation and troubleshooting.
  　  問題切分與故障排除
   　 問題の切り分けとトラブルシューティング。
  ✔ Multi-tasking abilities and able to prioritize tasks based on business and technical criteria.
  　 判斷商務或技術任務優先順序並且平行處理多項工作　
  　 仕事の優先順位をつけ、マルチタスク能力を持つ方。
• Knowledge(知識):
  ✔ Technical skills on RAID/FC/iSCSI/NAS/networking and Cluster with installation and
     configuration technical trainings.
  　熟悉 Storage/RAID/FC/iSCSI/NAS/網路/叢集應用…等, 安裝與配置
  　RAID/FC/ iSCSI /NAS/ネットワークおよびクラスターに関する技術スキルを熟知し、インストー
  　ルおよび構成の技術トレーニング。
  ✔ Familiar to Windows, macOS, Linux and Vmware environment.
  　熟悉 Windows, macOS, Linux, Vmware…等作業系統操作
  　Windows、macOS、Linux、およびVmware環境に精通している。
• Attitude(態度):
  ✔ Must have the passion, proactive, dedication and eager to drive issues to completion and 　close.
  　有熱情,主動,專注與積極處理問題直到結束

  ✔ Occasional international travel might be needed

- Language(語言條件):

• Japanese(日本語): Fluent level(流暢レベル)
• English(英語) or Chinese(中国語) : communication level(日常会話レベル)

- Experience(工作經歷):

• 5+ years experience in technical support, field support service and troubleshooting in IT industry or storage systems
  5年以上IT, 儲存或網路領域技術支援, 客戶現場故障分析支援經驗
  IT業界またはストレージシステムにおけるテクニカルサポート、フィールドサポートサービス、トラブルシューティングの経験が5年以上あること。
• Familiar with vertical solutions in surveillance, rich media, Cloud/IT and datacenter is plus.
  熟悉Surveillance, 多媒體影音, 雲端與資料中心…等垂直應用
  監視カメラ、リッチメディア、クラウド/IT、データセンターなどの垂直方向のソリューションに精通していることが望ましい。

- Educations(學歷條件):

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science related, technical discipline
  大學以上, 電子電機電腦科學類, 數學資訊管理類相關
  電気工学、情報工学、コンピュータサイエンス関連の技術分野における学士号。
