人事ディレクターとして、人事のほか、採用・諸手当・労使関係・研修プログラムなどの取り組みを担当し、ホテルのチームメンバーに対するコンプライアンスの徹底に努めていただきます。
また、チームメンバーがブランドの理念を実現する特別なお客様体験を提供できるよう努めると共に、前向きなチーム文化形成を促進してください。人事関係のあらゆる問題について、総支配人および幹部スタッフへの指導やアドバイスを行っていただきます。
