- Maintenance and management of internal infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud-based services)
- Manage Store network infrastructure
- Manage office IT appliances such as laptop, mobile/tablet, and video conference devices
- Manage IT asset installation and OS/work applications installation conducted by IT Help Desk or vendor
- Monitor local network and server performance with a monitoring tool
- Setup of IT environment such as POS system, Wifi, and network when opening a new store
- Conduct L1 support on office network infrastructures & office IT appliances
- Conduct L1/2 support on key work applications such as O365, AD, message tool
- Conduct L2 support on store network infrastructures
- Conduct local adaptation of IT infrastructure rollout of Global/APAC IT infrastructure
- Liaise between local users and Global/APAC IT regarding local issues and its follow up
- Design network and infrastructure for local business
- As a member of the global IT project management team, involved in future tasks directed by APAC IT
- Cooperation with business partners related to retail solutions
- Management of infrastructure support vendors
- Guidance and support for IT help desks (temporary employees)

Required Skills
- Experience in setting and managing Windows OS based PC (3 years or more)
- Experience in building and managing Windows servers and ActiveDirectory (3 years or more)
- Experience or acquired certificates relevant to SIG, Cloud-base server, and network infrastructure
- Those who have knowledge of TCP/IP and experience setting network devices
- Those who have basic security-related knowledge *Self-learning level is also acceptable
- People who are willing to participate in projects outside the company (other companies within the group, other companies in the same industry)
