Lead Loyalty & CRM Strategy to Build Brand Love
Global Brand / ¥9M max / CRM + Promotions across Digital & Retail
We are looking for a CRM expert to manage loyalty programs and integrated promotion activities to drive customer retention and traffic. You will play a central role in strengthening the connection between customers and the brand through data-driven insights and coordinated execution across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Execute market activation plans to boost brand visibility and achieve KPIs
Manage CRM and promotions in line with global guidelines (online + offline)
Clean and maintain accurate customer data
Analyze and report on CRM performance, providing insights to Marketing Director
Coordinate with external vendors handling customer records
Ensure compliance with local laws and train store staff on CRM usage
Serve as primary contact for all CRM and promotion inquiries

Candidate Requirements
3+ years in fashion/retail or 2+ years in CRM/promotions within consumer goods
Experience with loyalty programs and multi-channel promotions
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Native-level Japanese, basic to business-level English
Bachelor’s degree or higher
