Overview:
•We have various open projects and are looking for talented writers to help train generative AI models to become excellent writers.
•All projects can be done remotely with flexible working hours, allowing you to work at your convenience.
•Payments for ongoing projects are made weekly 

Job Description:
•Write various types of texts in Japanese to train generative AI models.
•Example projects include:
•Ranking a series of texts generated by AI models.
•Writing short stories on given topics.
•Evaluating the factual accuracy of texts created by AI models.

Qualifications:
We welcome applications from individuals who meet any of the following criteria (or similar):
•Enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate program in the humanities or a related writing field.
•Enrolled in or graduated from a graduate program related to creative writing.
•Professional writing experience (e.g., copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor).
•High proficiency in English (mandatory).

Compensation and Duration:
•Base Pay: $18–$31 per hour.
•Location: Remote (Global) - You must have the right to work in your residing country.
•Duration: Varies by project, with flexible working hours.

The base pay is determined by various factors including specialization, years of experience, and the skill set required for the project. Compensation may vary over the project lifecycle, typically starting at a lower rate when first contracted.
