Job Description


  •  Provide first/second level of contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  •  Work with vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed.
  •  Provide timely communication about the status and resolution of the problem.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Installs, upgrades, supports, and troubleshoots XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other certified desktop applications.
  • To support Apple pc users, you must have a basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform general preventative maintenance work on computers, laptops and printers.
  • Repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripherals.
  • Perform repairs on peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems related to network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot the workstation's hardware/software.

Required Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+、Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) 
  • Have at least one and a half years of IT experience.
  • Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, MS Office 365, PC 
  • Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting, Enterprise Antivirus Solutions, Helpdesk
  • Ticketing system.
  • Mobile device management, including IOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management
  • Manage Windows PCs and laptops with Active Directory.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and meet SLAs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and in-house customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt and flexibly adapt to a rapidly changing industry and work environment.
  • Be willing to work outside of business hours or on weekends as needed to support a project or emergency.
