- Various work/adjustments related to network for customer store renovations, new store openings, and store closures
- Failure of customer network equipment
- Work with customers and team members to improve customer operations ( e.g.
- Labor saving for customer operations using RPA tools, etc.)
- Create documentation of customer operations
- Progress management of each vendor
- support for business standardization using TCS framework, etc.
- collaboration within the project, and proposal of new services and systems.
