Job Description
- アジャイルやウォーターフォールを含むソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）手法の導入と監督
- プロジェクト活動、リソース、スケジュールの調整
- 技術チームとステークホルダー間の連携
- プロジェクト計画、予算、スケジュールの策定
- リスクの特定と軽減、問題の解決
- スコープ、変更、優先順位の管理
- プロジェクト管理のベストプラクティスの遵守
- プロジェクト追跡のためのJiraなどのツールの活用
- プロジェクトチームへの指導とリーダーシップの提供
- Implement and oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines
- Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues
- Manage scope, changes, and priorities
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Utilize tools such as Jira for project tracking
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team
