コンカー導入後、運用管理者業務支援サービスをご契約いただいたお客様に技術的支援をおこないます。
具体的には、お客様からの運用やサービスに関する問い合わせへの対応、および依頼に基づいた設定変更作業をおこないます。定期的にお客様とミーティングを実施し、新機能の情報提供やお問合せ状況の報告など、コンカーの運用面での窓口となります。
また、長期的なお客様の成功に向けてお客様業務の成熟度をどのように向上させていくかを戦略的に提案を実施することも重要な職務の一つです。
