ポジション： ツール設計エンジニア

業務内容：

修理ツーリング要件を理解し、ツーリングコンセプトデザインを作成します。業務を通じて関係部門とのやり取りを行い、ツールコンセプト設計の顧客レビューフェーズまで担当いただきます。上記には業務を通じて弊社オフショアチームとのコレスポンスなど関連業務や付帯業務が含まれます。

業務内容（詳細）

1. 工具設計および修理文書作成プロジェクトにおいて、顧客およびオフショアチームとの調整。
2. 航空エンジン／モジュールの分解・組立手順や工具に関する技術的な問題に対し、製造現場との対話を通じて解決策を提供する。
3. 現場の技術者やエンジニアとの対話を通じて、航空エンジン／モジュールの分解・組立手順や工具に関する問題に対する技術的な解決策を提供する。
4. エンジン／モジュールの分解・組立工程におけるギャップを特定・分析し、スピードと生産性を向上させる。
5. 新しい手順、再シーケンス、代替方法、NX CADソフトウェアでの工具再設計、または修正などを含む作業
6. エンジン回転時間を達成するため、エンジン外のマニュアル状態を確認し、技術的な処置を行う。
7. 技術データの解釈
8. 書類作成、技術的な図面や仕様書の作成、技術者への技術的なサポートを行う（必要に応じて）

応募条件：

1. 機械工学の学士号を有し、航空エンジンまたは自動車エンジン等の工具設計において7-10年の経験を有すること。
2. ３D CADソフトウェアに精通していること（できればNX)。
3. 航空エンジン部品に関する豊富な知識とMROの現場経験（あれば可）。
4. OEMエンジンマニュアルのテクニカルデータを理解する能力があり、エンジンの分解・組立手順に精通していること。

6. GD&Tおよびサブアセンブリとアセンブリの公差スタックアップの優れた知識とアプリケーション
7. 品質保証 修理工程計画および組立・分解手順に関する知識を有すること。

Job Description Summary

Under general direction, applies advanced engineering concepts to design the tooling required to produce a particular part or parts, to specifications and quality standards. Reviews blueprints of the part, the engineering release, and operations to be performed to determine design requirements. Prepares detailed cost estimates for tooling and obtains competitive prices from vendors. Works with plant and engineering staff to identify any possible tool-related problems. May provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education/work experience plus a minimum of four or more years of directly related experience (may include co-op experience).

Job Description: Tool Designer

• Should be able to understand Repair tooling requirements and prepare tooling concept designs, do follow-ups with various departments and be able to get customer reviews for the tooling concept designs
• Candidate should coordination with customer and offshore team for Tool design and Repair documentation projects. Candidate must have capability to provide technical solution for aeroengine/module disassembly and assembly procedural and tooling issues by interacting with shopfloor technicians and engineers
•Should identify and analyze the gaps at engine/module disassembly and assembly processes to improve speed and productivity
•Should work on to include new procedures, re-sequencing, alternate methods, tool redesign in NX CAD software or modification etc.
•Need to review out-of-engine manual conditions and provide technical dispositions to meet engine turn times. Advise shop on interpretation of technical data
•Should author paperwork, develop technical drawings and specifications, and provide technical support to the technicians as and when required
•Should be able to work independently and responsible for own work and quality of deliverable with no supervision
• Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs 

• Native speaker of Japanese
• Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in Aero-engine and tool design
• Candidate should be proficient in NX CAD software
• Should have strong knowledge of Aero-engine components and MRO shop floor experience
• Candidate should have ability to understand technical data from OEM Engine Manuals and should be familiar with engine manual disassembly and assembly procedures
• Excellent knowledge & application of GD&T as well as Tolerance stack-up for sub-assemblies & assemblies
• Should have strong knowledge on quality assurance Repair process planning and assembly- disassembly procedures
