（２）海外拠点の教育 （海外拠点の技術者を主な対象とし、実用的なOFF JTを企画・設計・実施、事務局として出張）
（３）技術部門への支援 （社内技術部門にて運用中の技術者の能力向上を支援するシステムの企画・運用支援）
（４）技術部門のOJT支援 （人財育成に最も重要なＯＪＴを職場で促進させる企画・支援）
（５）技術者交流（情報共有及び業務効率・品質の向上のため、技術者間の交流を企画・実施）
