Clienteling / Mobile App Strategy / Project Ownership / Japan–Global Alignment

A globally recognized luxury brand is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business and IT for digital, mobile, and clienteling solutions. You’ll work on high-impact projects, lead Japan’s alignment with global IT strategy, and directly improve customer engagement and retail tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Japan business and global IT for digital, mobile, and clienteling strategies

• Gather and document requirements for mobile and in-store applications

• Lead end-to-end project management: planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt user support

• Maintain application health and improve system performance

• Create and maintain documentation and support resources

• Manage vendor communications and ensure solution quality

応募資格・スキル

• IT、ビジネス、プロジェクトマネジメント関連の学士号（PMP保有者歓迎）

• ビジネスアナリストまたはPMとして3年以上の経験（モバイル・リテール業界優遇）

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上

• ステークホルダーとの調整力、ベンダー管理経験

• Azure、Salesforce、SQL Server、Oracle等の技術知識

• モバイルアプリ開発とUXの基本理解

• 自律性が高く、マルチタスクに対応できる方

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP preferred

• 3+ years in Business Analysis or Project Management (retail or mobile app focus preferred)

• Fluent in Japanese and English

• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Salesforce, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.

• Familiarity with UX principles and mobile app development lifecycle

• Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive problem solver
