Job Description
シリコーンの最終製品及び中間体製造エリアを主にEHS(環境・安全衛生）を配慮した以下のエンジニアリング業務を担当します。
・生産性改善・生産能力の改善
・品質改善・コスト改善
・新規技術/プロセスの導入
・ラボ及び実設備を用いたプロセス検証
・生産設備の企画設計及び改善
・法的要件および内部規則に基づいた製造現場の改善・サポート
