【業務概要】
日本人の海外管理部長の指示の元、海外現地子会社のCFOや経理担当と連携をとりながら、当企業グループにおける海外事業（海外10社、売上約600億円）の財務、会計、管理に関するガバナンス強化や実務を担当していただきます。
【具体的な業務内容】
■海外子会社の財務分析
■資金繰りルールの策定
■キャッシュフロー管理
■内部統制監査の実施
■海外事業の業績シュミレーション作成
【業務のやりがい】
現状、中間持株会社のあるシンガポールを中心に、豪州、マレーシア、香港、中国、米国、欧州と事業は広域に展開しており、また今後もM&Aを含めた事業拡大を計画しております。
現地のCEOやCFOと連携しつつバックオフィスにおける適切な執行とガバナンスの強化を担っていただくことで、グローバルでのキャリアを深めることができると存じます。
