Creative Producer
Summary:
• Reports directly to the Brand Narrative & Experience Director.
Partner directly with the BN&Ex. Director as part of the Perfornance Creative Squad, inclusive of Brand Defining & sport-specific creative projects.
• Lead the organization and project managmeent of creative projects,executing multiple creative projects concurrently with varying timelines and requirements.
• Lead, support, and execution of various operations within Nike systems ”procure to pay”.
• Work according to existing legal, procurement, AP, and finance operation manuals
including project budget managing, forecasting, and reporting with a partnership of
BC Director and other Creative Producer.
Detail:
• Communicates Production Milestones for Projects and socializes with key stakeholders. Identifying various partners throughout the creative process and tracking & communicating with partners across projects.
• Tracks & manages the full list of daily deliverables/deadlines, informs BC LT and other statkeholders as needed of project status.
• Coordinates many of the deeper-dive action items required to keep a project moving:
- Getting product info from cross-functional partners,
- Procuring the product as needed,
- Organizing lists of digital production deliverable requirements and ensuring they
track to schedule, etc.
• Provides primary tactical/daily support to Brand Defining & Performance Brand Narrative & Experience Director.
Drive creative production for assigned projects per designated production approach:
1. “In House” end-to-end Creative Production. This type of project role will include Creative Producer’s full commitment from receiving the brief, internal communication to working with external creative partners ( i.e.; photographer / director / casting / designer / etc. ) to manage the production and being responsible from beginning to end including the delivery.
2. Supervision of end-to-end creative production with external partner, while managing Nike systems and internal communications.
This type of project role will include Creative Producer’s internal communication and alignment but will not require working with external creative partners ( i.e.; photographer / director / casting / designer / etc. ) directly to manage the production from beginning to end. She will be briefing out to the external producers to manage the “production” and oversee the creative process.
