現在エイラシステムでは、弊社クライアントである外資系ファッションブランド日本法人オフィスにおいて『ITサポート』をご担当いただける方を募集しております。
PCのセットアップや障害対応、ベンダーとのやり取りやそれにかかわる業務などをスキルレベルに応じてお任せします。
勤務先は原宿の竹下通り近辺です。
日本人社員がほとんどの環境で、外国籍社員は5％ほどです。
英語力は必要ありません。
現在のところ、月に1度リモートワークがあります。
最寄り駅：
●東京メトロ千代田線・副都心線 明治神宮前駅（5番出口：徒歩5分）
●JR山手線 原宿駅（竹下口：徒歩4分）
【業務内容】
- PCやiPhoneのセットアップ
- PCやiPhoneの障害対応
- ハードウェアの発注
- Wi-Fiの発注などにおけるベンダー対応（イベントや新規店舗用）
- 各店舗へのITデバイスの梱包や発送手続き
- IT資産管理（ハードウェア・ソフトウェアライセンス）
- その他これに付随するITサポート事務業務
