FP&A Analyst (8M~10M), WFH, flextime, seasonal bonus

Responsibilities

Budget Cycle Management Support (40%)
Support to lead budget & forecast cycles for Fashion Products division by effectively leading the business partners of the division.
-Business Support (30%) 
-Provide ad hoc financial analysis of business topics, such as a new boutique development, Sales forecast simulation for business team. for leading the projects by delivering the financial analysis and facilitating the business discussions.
-Project Management Support (20%)
-Reporting (10%)
•Provide monthly Sales and Expense report for business team. 
•Support to develop monthly business report to finance team.
Reporting to: Directly report to FP&A Director without any subordinate

Qualifications
*Experience in and knowledge of FP&A in the retail and/or consumer goods industry in foreign-based multinationals for more than 7 years
*Strong interest in business, proactive mindset, and high agility
*Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Interpersonal and relationship -building skills with business
•Business English skills both writing and conversational
•Experience in using ERP (ie, MS AX or SAP) and financial planning tools
