Job Description
【仕事内容】ハノイ近郊のフンエン省にある自社工場の工場管理業務全般
具体的には、
・製造計画の確認、準備、関係部署への通知、連絡など
・現場スタッフのマネジメント、衛生管理
・設備や品質等でトラブルが発生した際の対応。予防策の立案と実行、製造機器メンテナンス点検など
・社内及びお客様の品質監査対応、改善策の立案など
※入社後半年～1年程度はホーチミン工場で研修を行いますので、入社時は食品業界未経験でも結構です
【待遇】
月額：1,500USD～3,000USD（GROSS）※経験、能力により応相談
試用期間：2ヵ月（給与90％）
賞与：あり（年1回）
昇給制度：年1回査定あり
