Job Description
This is a new, exciting opportunity to join a small, established team of lawyers, and deal with a broad variety of legal and compliance matters in one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Previous healthcare experience would be great but not necessary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and counseling the company on all strategic business transactions
- Contract drafting/negotiation
- Ensuring compliance with necessary laws, regulations and practices
- Handling various commercial transactions
- Develop and enhance the company's compliance profile
