日本のコミュニティ・マネージャーとして、当社の代表する『World of Warships』の商品推奨との成功を担う役割をお任せします。『World of Warships』の主なユーザーは日本人が非常に多く、日本からAPACへと市場拡大を目指します。各拠点・グローバルチームと密接に連携し、本プロダクトのユーザーにあった施策戦略をお任せします。

As Community Manager for Japan, you will play a key role in World of Warships’ success in APAC by driving the product’s narrative in our major Japanese-speaking communities. You will  be the face of the product, and you will work closely with the local, regional and the global team to ensure campaigns are tailored to your audience.

What will you do・職務内容
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Take the lead of all community activities in Japan
    日本における包括的なコミュニティ活動の主導権を握る
  • Become the point-of-contact for WoWS JP community for internal and external stakeholders
    社内外のステークホルダーに対して、WoWS JPコミュニティの窓口となる。
  • Act like a bridge between local and region/global
    各拠点とグローバルチームとのブリッジ役
  • Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions as well as community engagement performance
    コミュニティのセンチメント、懸念事項、提案、およびコミュニティ・エンゲージメントのパフォーマンスに関する詳細なレポートの測定、監視、作成
  • Drive the daily execution and growth across social, community, and influencer programs, and set priorities and do what it takes to achieve the team’s strategic goals
    ソーシャル、コミュニティ、インフルエンサープログラムの日々の実行と成長を促進し、チームの戦略的目標を達成するために必要な優先順位を設定し、実行する。
  • Work with other country’s community managers to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure campaigns are tailored to be impactful and appropriate regionally and locally

  • Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on community trend
