端末の運用管理業務
-社内に提供するパソコン、スマートフォンの導入・運用・保守
-シンクライアント環境の導入・運用保守(Windows Visual Desktop,Citrix のスキル、知識があると尚可)
-テレワークをサポートするコミュニケーションツール(Webex,Teams,Skype 他)の提供
-社内に提供するパソコン・スマートフォンのセキュリティ対策
音声基盤の運用管理業務
-コンタクトセンター基盤(音声基盤)の構築・運用・保守 (Avaya 製品に関する知識があると尚可)
-社内向け音声基盤の構築・運用・保守(Cisco 製品に関する経験があると尚可)

ス管理ツール)、シンクアント環境(Windows Visual Desktop 、Citrix 製品を使用した仮想環境)に関する構築、運用経
験
・コンタクトセンター基盤(Avaya 製品を利用した音声基盤)、社内用音声基盤の構築・運用経験、バージョンアップ対
応、テレワーク対応の経験
・生命保険会社、金融機関でのシステム構築経験、運用経験があれば尚可
・数千~万規模の端末管理のご経験があれば尚可
・ベンダーマネージメント、プロジェクト管理のご経験があれば尚可

● Operation and management of terminals
● Installation, operation and maintenance of computers and smart phones provided to the company
● Installation and operation and maintenance of thin client environment (Windows Visual Desktop, Citrix skills and
knowledge of Windows Visual Desktop is a plus)
● Providing communication tools (Webex, Teams, Skype, etc.) to support telework
● Security measures for computers and smartphones provided to the company
Operation and management of the voice infrastructure
● Build, operate and maintain contact center infrastructure (voice infrastructure) (knowledge of Avaya products is a
plus)
● Build, operate and maintain in-house voice infrastructure (experience with Cisco products is a plus)

■ Think-Ant environment (Windows Visual Desktop, virtual environment using Citrix products). Experience in the construction and operation of
■ Experience in building and operating contact center infrastructures (voice infrastructures using Avaya products)
■ internal voice infrastructures, version upgrade support, and telework support.
■ Experience in building and operating systems at a life insurance company or financial institution is a plus
