岡山工場では、グミ、清涼菓子、チョコレート、玩具菓子を製造しており、関東工場（茨城県）では、チョコレート、清涼菓子、玩具菓子を製造しています。
過去にとらわれない自由な発想で生産ラインにおける新技術にも取り組んでいます。
製造工場や設備では特に、お客さまに安全で良質な製品をお届けするため、国際規格「FSSC22000認証」を取得しているほか、製品の安定供給や従業員の負荷軽減と安全な労働環境確保に寄与するための自動化･ロボット化の推進などに取り組んでいます。
また企業の社会的責任における環境保全への貢献として、各工場では環境マネジメントシステム「ISO14001認証」を取得しており、CO2排出量の削減、省エネルギー、省資源、水質資源保持などの環境マネジメントに総合的に取組んでいます。
