ARaymond Japan Co., Ltd. is the Japanese subsidiary of the "ARaymond Network," a global group founded in 1865 in Grenoble, France, with over 160 years of history. Established in May 1997, ARaymond Japan operates its headquarters and factory in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The company's primary business is providing "fastening and assembly solutions," mainly for the automotive industry. Specifically, it handles the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of plastic quick connectors (fastening components for fuel hoses, etc.), automotive clips, and adhesives. These components significantly contribute to vehicle weight reduction and assembly process efficiency.
The ARaymond Network focuses on two core areas: "Clip Fastening & Assembly" and "Fluid Control," and ARaymond Japan manages a broad portfolio within these fields. The company offers a wide range of products, from fastening components such as high-voltage wiring (busbar fasteners, cable channels, etc.), cable & tube holders, and panel & body trim (edge panel clips, snap clips, etc.), to fluid control parts like quick connectors, cleaning systems (windshield washer nozzles, ADAS sensor cleaning, etc.), temperature sensors, Airyosa™ pneumatic system solutions, and heat exchangers.
The Hadano plant, located about 60 km from Tokyo, represents a capital investment of 2.1 billion yen. The facility is equipped with 30 injection molding machines and 9 assembly machines, all of which are fully automated.
As a global partner, the ARaymond Network has 29 manufacturing sites in 25 countries, employing over 8,000 people worldwide. ARaymond Japan (with about 110 employees) leverages this strong global network and the group's R&D expertise—funded by a percentage of annual revenue—to continuously provide high-quality, innovative solutions to its customers in Japan, including major automotive manufacturers.
