Fushikian KK

Fushikian Co., Ltd. is a management training school founded by Iwao Nakatani, a prominent economist who has been deeply involved in Japan's economic policy and corporate management for many years. The name "Fushiki" comes from the word "Fushiki" by Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen. It embodies the founder’s strong desire to "look beyond common sense and conventional ideas to discern the true essence of things."

We live in an age of uncertainty, with the rise of AI, accelerating globalization, and the diversification of values. In such an unpredictable era, the leaders who drive companies are required to find their own path and guide their organizations by drawing on a broad range of knowledge from liberal arts such as history, philosophy, and culture, without being bound by short-term profits or past successes.

Fushikian offers unique programs to nurture the next generation of executives. We provide training tailored to the participants' positions and experience, such as the "Fushikian Premium Course" for executives of major companies, the "Fushiki-juku" for department managers, and the "Seiten-Hakun-juku" for mid-career business leaders. Through serious discussions with participants from different industries, we aim to expose them to diverse values, broaden their perspectives, and enhance their human skills.

Our lecturers are leading experts in various fields. A key feature of our programs is the "interactive" format, where participants read assigned books and engage in discussions rather than simply listening to one-on-one lectures. Since its establishment in 2010, Fushikian has accepted numerous executive candidates from major corporations and has produced many talented individuals who now lead Japan's business world.
