当社は「夢が溢れる世界のために、人のあらゆる可能性を切り拓きます」というミッションのもと、2003年から20年以上にわたり、人材育成事業を展開してまいりました。
アルーという社名は、「all the possibilities make your story unique （可能性が、あなたらしい人生の物語をつくる） 」という当社のコンセプトに由来します。教育は選択肢であるというのが私の哲学です
「all the possibilities make your story unique」という文章は、
教育によって選択肢が増え、「all the possibilities（あらゆる可能性）」にひらかれ、
その選択肢から自己決定をしながら人生を歩んでいくことによって、
「自分の人生の物語は、唯一無二（unique）のものだ」と実感する人が一人でも増えてほしい
という、Missionに込めた願いを表現しています。
