■ Work Environment & Employee Benefits

【Work Style】
We generally promote remote work, though it may vary depending on client policies. Currently, about 50% of working days are remote. We operate under a full-flex system with no core hours, supporting diverse working styles.
Note: For mid-career hires without prior consulting experience, initial training and certification for IT solutions are conducted at our satellite office, with an expected in-office attendance rate of around 80% during the early phase.

【Holidays & Leave】
We offer weekends and national holidays off, as well as year-end/new year holidays. Employees receive 10 days of paid leave in their first year (20 days from the second year onward). In addition, we continue to expand benefits such as a defined contribution pension plan and parental leave systems to support long-term employment.

【In-House Training】
We provide comprehensive training programs for those new to consulting, enabling them to quickly gain the skills needed to thrive as IT consultants. Our training incorporates the expertise and real-world experience of our in-house consultants, many of whom have hands-on backgrounds in the field.

【Certification Support】
All costs associated with obtaining certifications for our key IT solutions are fully covered by the company. We aim to create an environment where even those with limited experience can develop and succeed.
