Sourcing Specialist

Looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment efforts for engineering and technical positions.

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end recruiting experience, including talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, and stakeholder partnership. Experience supporting hiring within the automotive industry or recruiting technical talent is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and qualification assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.
- Drive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and support offer negotiations.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and talent partners as needed.
- Track recruitment activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
