Our client is a leading provider of integrated security solutions with a strong presence in Thailand and across Asia. Backed by decades of industry experience, the company offers a wide range of security products and services, including electronic security systems, CCTV surveillance, access control solutions, and emergency response services.

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:45

• Flexible start time: 07:30 – 09:30

• Up to 2 days/week Work from Home (subject to manager approval)

• Develop sales strategies and mid-to-long-term business plans

• Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sales data analysis

• Plan and implement new sales initiatives to drive business growth

• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management

• Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Planning team 

• Design and execute initiatives to improve sales productivity and organizational effectiveness

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field

• Experience in the security industry, including:
  Security guard services/CCTV and surveillance systems/Access control systems/Security technology solutions

• Experience in Sales Planning or Business Planning within the IT industry, particularly in: Cybersecurity/Ransomware protection solutions/Network security/Cloud security services

• Proven experience in a managerial, team lead, or people management role
• Strong experience in developing and implementing business initiatives based on data analysis
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English communication
