Position:   Product/R&D/Operation Manager (Cosmetics)

Salary:       100,000 – 130,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 

Location:   Samutprakarn

Our client is big brand manufacturing. (Cosmetic).

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional product development activities covering:

  • Formulation R&D, 

  • Packaging Development

  • Process Development 

• Ensure alignment between product formulation, packaging design, manufacturing processes, and commercial requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Manage new product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to deliver market-ready products.

• Drive successful scale-up and manufacturing transfer processes to ensure smooth production readiness and product launch.

• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks during product development to minimize post-launch issues.

• Evaluate product feasibility, cost implications, manufacturing capability, and commercial viability before launch.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in product development, innovation processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Technical Management, or related functions within the cosmetics, personal care, or beauty manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of the complete product development process: Concept → Formulation → Packaging → Scale-up → Manufacturing.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good communicate in English.

• Have own car can drive.
