• AI・機械学習の導入戦略立案： 機械学習の活用戦略を策定し、社内の専門知識やノウハウを集約するCoE（Center of Excellence）の構築を推進する。
• 業務プロセス改革： 既存の業務フローを分析・評価し、BPR（業務プロセス改革）を通じて業務の効率化・高度化を図る。
• 変革プロジェクトの推進： PMOの立場から、テクノロジー移行やシステム刷新に関するプロジェクトを推進する。
• 開発チームの生産性向上： 社内のソフトウェア開発チームによる高度な自動化ツールの導入・活用を支援する。
• ガバナンス整備・外部ソリューション評価： テクノロジー活用に関するガバナンスの枠組みを整備し、外部ベンダーのソリューションを評価する。

A high-growth fintech company in Tokyo is seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant to drive enterprise modernization for financial institutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead initiatives spanning Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Digital Transformation (DX), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and technology strategy.

You will define machine learning strategies, establish a Center of Excellence (CoE), analyze and redesign legacy business processes, and lead technology transformation through Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives. Working closely with internal software engineers and business leaders, you will help introduce advanced automation technologies from initial concept through deployment.

This is an opportunity to combine AI consulting, DX strategy, financial services, and technology transformation while helping build a rapidly growing fintech business.

• Develop and execute AI and machine learning strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Establish and develop an AI and Machine Learning Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Assess existing business processes and legacy workflows to identify opportunities for automation and modernization.
• Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Guide technology transformation projects through Project Management Office (PMO) leadership.
• Support machine learning initiatives from initial concept and strategy through implementation and deployment.
• Work closely with internal software engineering teams to introduce and adopt advanced automation tools.
• Develop governance frameworks for the responsible and effective implementation of new technologies.
• Evaluate external technology vendors and solutions against business and technical requirements.
• Use data and SQL to support analysis, decision-making, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Help financial institutions modernize legacy processes through AI, automation, and digital transformation.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の推進経験3年以上、またはコーポレート向けコンサルティングファームでの実務経験
• SQLを用いたデータ加工・操作に関する知識・実務経験
• 大卒以上

• 3+ years of experience driving Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives, or professional experience within a corporate consulting firm.
• Experience supporting technology transformation, process improvement, or enterprise modernization projects.
• Familiarity with data manipulation using Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning.
• High adaptability and flexibility when navigating complex organizational and technology transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
