Warehouse & Port Operations Manager

Location

• Primary office location: Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao.

• Regular travel required to warehouse and port facilities in Si Racha, Chonburi.

Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 THB (open to negotiation)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse, port, and silo operations to ensure efficient cargo movement, inventory control, and optimal storage capacity utilization.

• Coordinate vessel scheduling, warehouse activities, and logistics operations to improve operational efficiency and minimize vessel detention and demurrage costs.

• Ensure the reliability, safety, and maintenance of port and warehouse equipment, including heavy-duty machinery, loading systems, and conveyor infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, including incident management and standards such as ISPS Code, GMP+, and ISO 14001.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in port operations, warehouse management, logistics, or maritime transportation.

• Experience in bulk cargo handling and logistics operations is highly preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing operational teams.

• Familiarity with ISPS Code, GMP+, ISO 14001, and other relevant compliance frameworks is an advantage.

   

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work schedules.

• Working hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
