Job Description
Warehouse & Port Operations Manager
Location
Primary office location: Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao.
Regular travel required to warehouse and port facilities in Si Racha, Chonburi.
Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 THB (open to negotiation)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse, port, and silo operations to ensure efficient cargo movement, inventory control, and optimal storage capacity utilization.
Coordinate vessel scheduling, warehouse activities, and logistics operations to improve operational efficiency and minimize vessel detention and demurrage costs.
Ensure the reliability, safety, and maintenance of port and warehouse equipment, including heavy-duty machinery, loading systems, and conveyor infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, including incident management and standards such as ISPS Code, GMP+, and ISO 14001.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in port operations, warehouse management, logistics, or maritime transportation.
Experience in bulk cargo handling and logistics operations is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing operational teams.
Familiarity with ISPS Code, GMP+, ISO 14001, and other relevant compliance frameworks is an advantage.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work schedules.
Working hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
