募集要項
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical service and support to customers in Thailand and the APAC region.
Troubleshoot machine problems and carry out preventive maintenance.
Provide remote technical support to customers.
Support machine installation, upgrades, and commissioning.
Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and spare parts.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Support the Sales team with technical advice and customer service.
Work with our headquarters in Germany to solve technical issues.
Provide after-sales service for Uhlmann packaging systems (Blister and Cartoner machines) in Thailand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in field service, machine installation, or the automation industry.
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Willing to travel frequently and work at customer sites.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and customer service minded.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of English.
