外資系金融機関の証券サービス部門にて、機関投資家向けのカストディ口座管理を担当するポジションです。

クライアントと直接コミュニケーションを取りながら、口座開設・管理や関連書類、顧客データ、業務手順、内部統制を管理し、高品質なクライアントサービスと適切なリスク管理を支えます。

また、規制・商品・ビジネス上の変更に伴う導入プロセスやスケジュール管理にも携わり、クライアント、社内関係部署など複数のステークホルダーと連携しながら、業務を安定的に推進します。

• 機関投資家向けカストディ口座の開設・管理および関連書類を一貫して管理
• クライアントと直接連携し、口座関連事項への対応と高品質なサービス提供を推進
• クライアントおよび社内関係部署と連携し、リスクや課題を特定して解決策を推進
• 顧客データ、口座関連書類、業務手順、内部統制を正確かつ適切に管理
• 規制・商品・ビジネス変更に伴うスケジュール、依存関係、導入プロセスを管理
• カストディ・証券サービス業務におけるリスク管理とオペレーショナルコントロールを徹底
• 関係者との明確なコミュニケーションを通じて、業務上の課題解決と安定したクライアントサービスを推進

Join a global financial services institution as a Custody Account Manager within its Securities Services business in Tokyo. You will manage custody account activities for institutional clients, working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service while maintaining strong operational controls and effective risk management.

This role offers the opportunity to combine securities services, custody operations, institutional client management, governance, and project delivery in a structured global environment. You will play an important role in strengthening client relationships while ensuring account activities, documentation, and business changes are managed accurately and efficiently.

• Manage the end-to-end operations of custody accounts and associated documentation for institutional clients.
• Work directly with clients on account-related matters, building strong relationships and maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify risks, develop solutions, and ensure clear ownership and communication.
• Maintain accurate client data, account documentation, operational controls, and procedures across account management activities.
• Support regulatory, product, and business changes by managing timelines, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Apply strong operational discipline and risk management practices across custody and securities services activities.
• Communicate effectively across relevant stakeholders to support efficient issue resolution and consistent client service.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 証券サービス、カストディ、資産運用オペレーション、または関連する金融サービス分野での実務経験
• カストディ口座、顧客データ、関連書類、業務手順などの管理経験
• 金融サービスにおけるオペレーション、リスク管理、内部統制に関する基本的な理解
• 大卒以上、または同等の学歴・経験

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• 顧客に質の高いサービスを提供するクライアント志向
• 正確性とオペレーショナルディシプリンを重視する姿勢
• リスクや業務上の課題に対して主体的に対応するオーナーシップ

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• グローバルカストディまたは機関投資家向けクライアントサービスの経験
• 規制・商品・ビジネス変更に伴う業務対応や導入プロセスに携わった経験

• Over 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in securities services, custody, asset management operations, or a related financial services environment.
• Experience managing operational processes, client documentation, controls, or account-related activities.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across clients and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage risks, priorities, and deadlines.

• Experience with global custody or institutional client services.
• Knowledge of securities services and institutional financial markets.
• Experience supporting regulatory, product, or operational change initiatives.
• Exposure to governance, risk management, controls, or project delivery within financial services.
