Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: BTS (green line central city)

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and drive the commercial success of residential real estate projects. This role will be responsible for sales operations, marketing activities, strategic planning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and transfer management for condominium and housing developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and managing relationships with business partners and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for condominium and housing projects.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend assessments to identify opportunities and define sales targets.

• Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions, project positioning, and business goals.

• Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to drive sales performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

• Experience working with a property developer in a Sales Manager or related leadership role.

• Experience in Sales strategy development, Promotional campaign planning and execution for Residential real estate sales (condominium and/or housing projects)

• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
