The HRD Manager is responsible for driving Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development programs.

• Develop Competency Frameworks, Career Paths, and Skills Gap Assessments.

• Create development plans for high-potential employees and successor candidates.

• Design and implement Learning & Development roadmaps.

• Monitor employee development progress and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Partner with management to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRD, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

• Strong knowledge of Succession Planning and Talent Development.

• Experience developing Competency Frameworks, Skills Matrices, and Development Roadmaps.

• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English.
