Position: Maintenance Staff
Job Description
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, electrical, and utility systems.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for maintenance activities.
Maintain maintenance records and report issues to supervisors.
Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
Experience in factory maintenance is preferred.
Able to work overtime and rotating shifts.
Able to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
