Corporate Finance Analyst

Salary : 50,000 - 60,000 THB/m.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, fundraising, and debt advisory transactions.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and analytical reports.

• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, teasers, and information memoranda.

• Conduct market, industry, and company research.

• Assist with due diligence processes and transaction documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors throughout deal execution.

• Contribute to business development activities and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a Big Four environment.

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting M&A buy-side or sell-side transactions.

• Exposure to renewable energy, agribusiness, food & beverage, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
