Corporate Finance Analyst

Working : Mon-Fri (9:00-18:00)
Salary : 50,000 - 60,000 THB/m.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of M&A, fundraising, and debt advisory transactions.
Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and analytical reports.
Prepare client presentations, pitch books, teasers, and information memoranda.
Conduct market, industry, and company research.
Assist with due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors throughout deal execution.
Contribute to business development activities and strategic projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a Big Four environment.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting M&A buy-side or sell-side transactions.
Exposure to renewable energy, agribusiness, food & beverage, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
