Job Title:                       QA - Automotive Leather 

Location:                       Asoke (BTS/MRT accessible) 

Job Type:                       Full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:00 - 17:00 (No Saturday)

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect and analyze defective parts, test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Cooperate with production plant on Customer's Audit and activities.

• Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective action for Customer Nonconformity.

• Support customer complaint handling activities, analyze, follow-up, and respond to customer complaints with support from regional quality manager(s), plant quality, and central quality teams.

• Support new model documentation submission i.e. PPAP, PSW and other technical documentation.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status through customer released data and report status to production plant.

• Manage all delivery for responsible projects.

• Assist management team with ad hoc projects and other QA tasks as required.

• Other tasks as assigned.   

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or any related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for automotive components.

• Proficient in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate or TOEIC500+). 

• Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese or Chinese will be a plus.

• Familiarity working with OEM or Tier-1 in automotive industry will be a plus. 

• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks will be a plus. 

• Able to travel upcountry / abroad.
