Job Description
Job Title: QA - Automotive Leather
Location: Asoke (BTS/MRT accessible)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:00 - 17:00 (No Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Inspect and analyze defective parts, test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
Cooperate with production plant on Customer's Audit and activities.
Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective action for Customer Nonconformity.
Support customer complaint handling activities, analyze, follow-up, and respond to customer complaints with support from regional quality manager(s), plant quality, and central quality teams.
Support new model documentation submission i.e. PPAP, PSW and other technical documentation.
Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status through customer released data and report status to production plant.
Manage all delivery for responsible projects.
Assist management team with ad hoc projects and other QA tasks as required.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or any related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for automotive components.
Proficient in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate or TOEIC500+).
Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese or Chinese will be a plus.
Familiarity working with OEM or Tier-1 in automotive industry will be a plus.
Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks will be a plus.
Able to travel upcountry / abroad.
