Main Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

日本語:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC) および受注・出荷管理の統括: 国内の主要小売・卸売顧客からの日常的な受注処理、配送スケジューリング、与信・請求エラーの解消、顧客からの問合せ対応など、OTCプロセスの確実な実行と管理をリードする。

• 3PL・物流パートナーのマネジメント: 提携3PL事業者、配送業者、および倉庫オペレーションのパフォーマンス（SLA）を管理し、高い納入率（OTIF）の維持と配送コストの最適化を推進する。

• 社内横断的な在庫・請求調整: 営業、財務、需給計画チームと緊密に連携し、欠品時の割り当て調整、製品返品・破損の処理、および請求・売掛金の不一致解消をスピーディーに行う。

English:

• Order-to-Cash (OTC) & Customer Order Management: Overseational execution of daily order processing, customer delivery scheduling, credit/billing holds, and customer inquiry resolutions across key retail and wholesale accounts in Japan.

• 3PL & Logistics Partner Oversight: Manage performance and SLA compliance for third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transport vendors, and warehouse facilities to guarantee high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance and minimize transport costs.

• Cross-Functional Inventory & Billing Reconciliation: Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to resolve order disruptions, allocation priorities during supply constraints, returns/damages processing, and payment/invoice reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications / 必須要件

日本語:

• FMCG/消費財業界におけるOTC経験: FMCG、食品・飲料、または消費財業界における受注管理、カスタマーロジスティクス、またはOTC業務の経験（3年以上）。

• 3PLマネジメントとカスタマーサービス指向: 外部3PL（倉庫・配送）のパフォーマンス管理経験、および国内顧客（問屋・リテール等）との実務的な窓口・調整経験。

• 基幹システム（ERP）および高度なExcelスキル: SAP（SD/MMモジュール等）などの基幹システムの操作経験、およびExcel（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等）を活用したデータ集計・分析スキル。

English:

• FMCG / Retail Order-to-Cash Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Logistics, or OTC Operations within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods sector.

• 3PL Management & Customer Service Mindset: Proven track record in managing external 3PL warehouse/transport operations and interfacing directly with domestic retail/B2B customers.

• ERP & Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP order management modules (SAP SD/MM or equivalent) and advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
