Company Overview

          Support and manage relationships with   Japanese clients in Thailand by providing PCB   repair services. Coordinate with customers, engineers, and the Japan headquarters to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role initially focuses on existing clients, with opportunities to support business growth and develop new customers in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

    •   Manage and maintain relationships with existing Japanese manufacturing clients in Thailand.

    •   Promote PCB and electronic equipment repair/maintenance services.

    •   Coordinate the collection and delivery of repaired products.

    •   Liaise with the Japan headquarters and technical teams regarding customer requirements.

    •   Develop new business opportunities after establishing a stable customer base in Thailand.

    •   Support participation in exhibitions and networking events to expand local business connections.

    •   Initially focus on visiting existing customers, confirming repair details, and delivering repaired products. 
Qualifications:

    •    Sales experience is required.

    •    Strong passion, proactive mindset, and professional personality.

    •    Experience handling Japanese clients independently.

    •    Valid driving ability and willingness to travel for customer visits.

    •    Experience living or working in Japan is a strong advantage.

    •    Knowledge of PCB or electronics industry is preferred.

    •    Bachelor's degree or higher.

    •    Japanese proficiency at N1 level (Fluent to Native level).

    •    Intermediate English communication skills or above.
